Our journey started with 20 years of industry experienced veterans who wanted to shift away from publicly traded companies that no longer had the same morals. With a company of their own, they set out to provide the service that was promised to the customer instead of disappearing or raising rates on the customer. A journey that was once just a dream became a reality with more than 10,000 happy customers. Changing the industry standard and what customers are used to. Build something that people can believe in and that will do the right thing.

Gather a team of likeminded, industry experienced individuals that would help bring this idea to fruition.
Create processes to allow this idea to flourish and set FLO apart from what is “normal.”

Phase 3
Taking Action
Implementing all these things took time and trust with our merchants. Once customers started understanding and hearing of our services, more customers began their journey with FLO.
